Amazon Ungating / Documentation Issue
If a customer purchases products for Amazon selling and experiences an Amazon application or ungating issue directly related to documentation provided by Beauty Secrets, Inc., the customer should contact our wholesale department before initiating a return.
Our team will first review the issue and, where appropriate, provide clarification, correction, or additional supporting documentation.
If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved and qualifies under this policy, the customer may request a return within the 60-day return period.
An Amazon rejection by itself does not automatically constitute approval for a refund. The documentation and circumstances must be reviewed by Beauty Secrets, Inc.
Return Conditions
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, returned merchandise should generally be:

Customers should contact the wholesale department before sending products back.
Refund
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed according to the outcome of the return review.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
