SHIPPING POLICY
Beauty Secrets, Inc. provides shipping support for qualifying wholesale orders.
Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified.
Order Processing
Standard wholesale order processing is generally:
1–3 business days
Processing time may vary because of order volume, product availability, holidays, carrier schedules, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
  • Shipping address
  • Business/warehouse information
  • Receiving instructions
  • Contact information
  • Amazon FBA information, when applicable
Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer may result in delays or additional shipping costs.
AMAZON FBA SHIPPING & LABELING POLICY
Beauty Secrets, Inc. supports eligible wholesale customers with Amazon FBA preparation and shipping.
Customers may request shipment of eligible wholesale orders directly to Amazon fulfillment centers.
FBA Labeling
Customers can provide Amazon-generated:
  • FNSKU labels
  • Shipment labels
  • Box labels
  • Other required Amazon shipping documentation
Our team may apply the provided labels to eligible products as part of the available FBA preparation service.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct Amazon-generated labels and shipment information.
Beauty Secrets, Inc. is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, outdated, or mismatched labels supplied by the customer.
3PL Shipping
Wholesale orders may also be shipped directly to an approved 3PL warehouse.
Customers must provide complete warehouse and receiving information before shipment.
